Bartender

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team across our three bar outlets. This role is key to ensuring outstanding service for our guests, aligned with Reschio’s philosophy, standards, and operating procedures. Creativity, attention to detail, and a love for mixology are essential—as you will be encouraged to craft and recommend signature cocktails that elevate the guest experience. You will contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting seamless teamwork and communication across departments.

Main tasks and responsabilities:

  • Craft and serve beverages—alcoholic and non-alcoholic—according to Reschio’s standards, blending technique and creativity with elegance and precision.
  • Translate the Reschio philosophy into every interaction: anticipate guest needs, personalize the experience, and create moments of authentic connection.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; ensure proper storage and upkeep of bar tools and ingredients.
  • Curate and manage bar inventory, ensuring that all ingredients and tools reflect our dedication to quality and origin, with a particular emphasis on local, artisanal products.
  • Follow hygiene and safety procedures rigorously, understanding that true luxury lies in care, cleanliness, and consistency.
  • Promote effective communication and coordination with colleagues, ensuring smooth shift transitions and service continuity.
  • Foster respectful, professional relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all operational tasks—such as collecting supplies from the warehouse or completing shift handovers—are executed with care, attention, and accountability.
  • Engage fully in all training sessions, internal tastings, and briefings, integrating new insights into your daily work and guest interactions.
  • Check security of bar areas and lock up as instructed at the end of your shift.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are used correctly and kept in excellent condition.
  • Apply knowledge gained during ongoing training sessions.

Skills & Competencies requied:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.
  • Passion for mixology and a refined sense of creativity.
  • Solid product knowledge and deep appreciation for quality ingredients.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and guest care.
  • Natural elegance in interpersonal communication.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is highly valued.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, storytelling, and a commitment to excellence.
