Concierge

Job overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join Reschio team and deliver remarkable experience and service to our guests. The ideal candidate will embody Reschio philosophy, uphold operational standards and procedures, and create memorable experiences through unique activities and exclusive services. A positive attitude, focus on teamwork, and ability to maintain a harmonious work environment are essential for success in this role.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for concierge communications via email and phone, managing guest reservations and providing accurate information.
  • Deliver outstanding service by promptly, efficiently, and courteously responding to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Promote and sell services in line with Reschio standards and procedures.
  • Assist and guide guests in selecting from a variety of options, such as restaurant reservations, spa bookings, internal and external activities, transportation arrangements, and more.
  • Anticipate guests' individual needs, ensuring their requests are seamlessly processed.
  • Adhere to all Front Office policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between departments, ensuring all relevant information is shared to coordinate and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest issues and feedback with tact and efficiency, providing prompt resolutions and ensuring proper internal follow-up.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, contributing to a harmonious workplace.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, professional behaviour, and grooming at all times.

Skills and competencies required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
  • A strong work ethic, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • A proactive and guest-focused attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Be a team player.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and activities to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant tools.
