The role of Concierge Service Correspondent is to work within the Concierge team, always ensuring excellent service to our guests, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures. He or she will provide our clients unique activities and exclusive services. He or she will keep a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on teamwork.
Responsabilities and duties:
Will take care of all concierge communication by email and phone, taking care of Guests reservations and providing information;
Will provide quality service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. Will sell and promote services, in compliance with current standards and procedures;
Will assist and advise our Guests who may be choosing from a variety of services’ options, such restaurants, spa, internal and external activities, assist guests in arranging transportation etc.;
Will process Guests’ requests, anticipating their individual needs & requirements;
Will follow all Front Office policies, procedures and service standards;
Will ensure effective communication between all the other departments involved in the process. It is crucial to provide all the information in order to all departments are coordinated to provide the best Guest satisfaction;
Will handle all Guest issues and feedback tactfully and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution for the guest effective internal follow up;
Will embrace a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the team;
Will maintain very high standards of hygiene, behavior and grooming.
