Spa Receptionist

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and professional Spa Receptionist to join our dedicated Spa team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, providing detailed information about our treatments and wellness programs, and supporting the overall flow of the Spa in accordance with our company philosophy and high standards of service. You will collaborate closely with our therapists and wellness professionals, contributing to a serene and supportive team environment focused on wellbeing and excellence.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Responsible for warmly welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, providing detailed information about spa services, guiding guests through the facilities, and responding to their needs — always ensuring they feel comfortable, valued, and satisfied.
  • Handling phone and email communications with accuracy and professionalism, in line with company standards and procedures.
  • Coordinating the spa appointment schedule to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Ensuring effective communication between the Spa team and other departments, supporting collaboration and operational consistency.
  • Assisting the Spa Manager in monitoring guest satisfaction and evaluating the quality of service delivered.
  • Maintaining respectful, professional, and ethical relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging a culture of proactive teamwork across Reschio departments.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in treatment rooms and common areas.
  • Overseeing the correct collection and restocking of spa materials from the warehouse, following internal procedures.
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and stay up to date with best practices.

Main skills and qualifications required:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, ideally within a spa, wellness center, salon or luxury hotel environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanor;
  • Strong organizational abilities and proven capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and payment processing systems;
  • Collaborative spirit and a positive, team-oriented attitude;
  • Genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering eceptional guest experiences.
