Main duties and responsibilities:

Collaborate on the development of high-end residential projects, from architectural restoration through all design phases;
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software and other design tools;
Prepare quotes and cost estimates for architectural design projects;
Support the team in achieving project goals and meeting deadlines;
Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase, including site visits and inspections;
Assist the Project Architects in managing and monitoring site works to ensure they are on schedule.

Skills and competencies required:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and high standards;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture;
Proficiency in software: AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite;
Strong experience in surveying and construction design, including detailed specifications;
High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
Proven record of accomplishment of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines;
Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and a positive attitude;
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, resources, and workflow while promoting a team-oriented environment;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.
