Main duties and responsibilities:

Assist in developing prestigious residential projects from the start of architectural restoration thorough all the design phases up to all interior design and accessory selections;
Develop quotes and estimates for architectural and interior design projects;
Develop goals for architectural team to meet deadlines;
Work with the other Senior Architect in updating and keeping on track with site works;
Supervise and manage the team to further develop their skills.

We require:

Degree in Architecture;
At least 15 years in the sector with a high level of experience and commitment to excellence and high standards;
Experiences as Interior Designer are a plus;
Excellent knowledge of software: AutoCAD 2D e 3D, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, and Office Suite;
Excellent experience in surveying;
Strong leadership skills;
Excellent experience in construction design and details;
Strong ethic and able to demonstrate strict confidentiality;
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines;
Versatility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm;
Excellent skills in managing priorities, resources and workflow preserving a teamwork approach;
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
