• Train and ensure the well-being of the horses, aligning with Reschio Stables’ techniques and ethics.
• Provide personalized riding lessons for guests of varying skill levels.
• Lead horseback excursions across the estate, offering an authentic experience while maintaining the highest safety standards.
• Supervise horse health, paying close attention to details to identify potential issues promptly and collaborating with veterinarians and farriers.
• Organize exclusive equestrian events and activities for estate guests, ensuring a highly personalized service.

• A professional with proven experience in equestrian training and instruction, preferably in luxury settings or with high-level horses.
