Overview:

We are looking for an equestrian instructor for the exclusive stables of Reschio.This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a setting of excellence, dedicated to the training and management of high-level horses used for exclusive guest services, including riding lessons, scenic horseback excursions, and tailor-made equestrian experiences.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Train and ensure the well-being of the horses, aligning with Reschio Stables’ techniques and ethics.
Provide personalized riding lessons for guests of varying skill levels.
Lead horseback excursions across the estate, offering an authentic experience while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Supervise horse health, paying close attention to details to identify potential issues promptly and collaborating with veterinarians and farriers.
Organize exclusive equestrian events and activities for estate guests, ensuring a highly personalized service.

We require:

A professional with proven experience in equestrian training and instruction, preferably in luxury settings or with high-level horses.A genuine passion for the equestrian world and a strong commitment to animal welfare.Keen attention to detail and the ability to uphold strict quality standards, in line with the exclusive nature of the estate’s activities.Advanced knowledge of equestrian practices.Excellent communication and hospitality skills.Flexibility and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.Good command of both Italian and English.
