Article 1. Application Scope
- The sale on the Website represents a distance sale agreement regulated by Chapter I, Title III (Section 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 (Italian Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, No. 70 on electronic commerce.
- The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales processed by the Castello di Reschio on the Website. The terms are calculated only considering business days and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- General Sales Conditions can be changed and / or modified at any time. Eventual changes and / or new conditions will be valid starting from the date of their release on the Website. For this reason, before placing any order, the users are kindly invited to visit regularly the website in order to read the most updated version of the General Sale Conditions.
- The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force at the date on which a purchase order is placed.
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the sale of products and/or the supply of services by parties other than the Castello di Reschio, available on the Website through links, banners or hyperlinks. Before engaging in commercial transactions with these parties, the user must check their conditions of sale. The Castello di Reschio is not liable for the supply of services and/or the sale of products by these parties. The Castello di Reschio does not carry out any checks on and/or monitoring of the websites that can be reached through these links. The Castello di Reschio takes no responsibility for the contents of these Websites, nor for any possible mistakes and/or omissions and/or legal breaches by the said websites.
- The user shall carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all other information that the Castello di Reschio provides on the Website.
- The submission of the purchase order constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Article 2. Purchasing through the Website
- The purchase through the Website is allowed to the user who acts as a consumer.
- In the case of orders that are anomalous in relation to the quantity and/or frequency of purchases, the Castello di Reschio reserves the right to take all necessary action to stop the irregularities.
- The Castello di Reschio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed:
- by a user with whom the Castello di Reschio is in dispute
- by a user who has breached this General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- by a user who has committed crimes
- by a user who has sent false, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate personal data or who has not sent the Castello di Reschio the required documents.
Art. 3. Information Required for Entering into an Agreement
- In accordance with Legislative Decree of April 9 2003, No. 70 on electronic commerce, the Castello di Reschio hereby informs the user that:
- to conclude the purchase agreement on the Website, the user must fill out an order form in electronic format and send it to the Castello di Reschio electronically, following the instructions that will appear from time to time on the Website;
- the agreement is concluded when the order form reaches the server of the Castello di Reschio
- once the order form has been submitted, the Castello di Reschio will send the user, at the provided e-mail address, an order confirmation containing the following purchase descriptions and the relevant price.
Art. 4. Services Description
- The description of the Services provided by the Website is for illustrative purposes and must therefore be understood as indicative.
Art. 5. Prices
- All prices are VAT included.
- The Castello di Reschio hereby reserves the right to change the price at any time, without prior notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user shall be the one listed on the Website at the time the order is placed, and no fluctuations (increase or decrease) shall register subsequent to the transmission of said order.
Art. 6. Purchase Orders
- The Service chosen by you will be performed only after payment of the Total Amount Due. The Castello di Reschio reserves the right not to provide the service if, at the time of booking on the Website, it is not possible to withdraw the amount due for the first night (Deposit) and if, after your arrival, you do not pay all or part of the Total Amount Due.
- The purchase contract is terminated subject to non-payment of the Deposit, at the time of booking on the Website, and the payment of the Total Amount Due on arrival. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with you, the order will be cancelled accordingly.
- In order to send a purchase order it is necessary to read and approve these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, clicking the relevant box on the pages of the purchase process. Failure to accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will make it impossible to make purchases on this Website.
Art. 7. Payment Methods for Purchases Made through the Website
- The payment on the Website can be made by payment cards.
- The Castello di Reschio accepts the following credit cards:

- MasterCard (Cirrus Maestro)
- American Express
The charge will only be made after (i) your payment card details used for payment have been verified and (ii) the issuer of the payment card used by you has issued the debit authorization.
Pursuant to Directive 2015/2366/ (EU) on payment services in the internal market (PSD2), the user is informed that he/she may be required to complete the purchase process by meeting the authentication criteria required by the payment institution in charge of handling the online payment transaction. The authentication criteria refer to the identity of the user (to meet this criterion the user must be registered on the Website during the purchase transaction) and the contextual knowledge of the authentication code transmitted by the payment institution (Strong Customer Authentication). Failure to complete this procedure may make it impossible to finalize the purchase on the Website.
The confidential data of the payment card (card number, holder, expiry date, security code) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the relevant payment institution without passing through the servers used by the Castello di Reschio. The Castello di Reschio therefore never has access to and does not store the data of your payment card used to pay for the Products.
The Deposit will be made at the time of transmission of the order. The Total Amount Due must be paid upon arrival.
Art.8. Cancellation Policy
- If the reservation is cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, within 6:00 pm (Italian local time), no penalty will be applied and the paid Deposit will be reimbursed.
- If the reservation is cancelled 15-30 days prior to arrival, within 6:00 pm (Italian local time), the Deposit will be retained as a penalty.
- If the reservation is cancelled 14 or less days prior to arrival, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total reservation value will be applied.
- Late arrival and early departure will be billed for the entire reserved stay. Castello di Reschio highly recommends travel insurance for all our guests.
Art.9. Right of Withdrawal
- In case of purchase on the Website, unless otherwise indicated, you do not enjoy the right of withdrawal provided for Article 52 of the Consumer Code with reference to the Product or Products indicated in this article. In fact, on the Site are provided accommodations for non-residential purposes, services regarding leisure activities, with a specific date or period of performance.
Art.10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All the Products sold on the Website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by articles 128-135 by Legislative Decree N. 128-135 of Consumer Code (Legal Guarantee).
To whome it applies
The Legal Warranty is reserved for consumers. It therefore applies solely to users who have made the purchase on the Website for purposes other than entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activities.
When it applies
The Castello di Reschio is liable vis-à-vis the consumer for any non-conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product and becoming visible within two years of said delivery. The Castello di Reschio must be informed of the non-conformity, under penalty of forfeiture of the guarantee, within two months from the date on which it was discovered.
Unless proven otherwise, the non-conformity materialising within six months from the delivery date of the product are assumed as existing since the latter, unless the assumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or with the nature of the non-conformity. Starting from the seventh month following the delivery of the product, the burden of proof to prove that the non-conformity already existed at the time of delivery of the product shall lie with the consumer.
In order to take advantage of the Legal Guarantee, you must thus provide proof of the date of the purchase and delivery of the good. It is therefore advisable, for the purpose of proving the purchase, that you keep the invoice sent by the Castello di Reschio, as well as the transport document or any other document certifying the date of the purchase (such as the credit card statement or the bank statement) and the delivery date.
In case of termination of the contract, the Castello di Reschio will return to the consumer the total amount paid, consisting of the purchase price of the Product, shipping costs and any other additional cost. In case of price reduction, the Castello di Reschio will refund the amount of the reduction, previously agreed with the consumer. The amount of the refund or reduction will be credited to the means or payment solution used by the consumer for the purchase.
The Castello di Reschio shall not be held liable in the event of damage of any kind resulting from the improper use of the Product or in the event of damage resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
Article 11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction; out-of-court settlement of disputes - Alternative Dispute Resolution/Online Dispute Resolution
- The purchase contracts concluded between you and the Castello di Reschio are governed by the Italian law. To the users regularly non residents in Italy will be applied possibly more favorable and mandatory provisions provided by the law of the country in which they are habitually resident, and in particularly related to the term for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to the term to return the Products, in case the User would like to exercise this right, to the methods and the formalities of the communication of this right and to the legal conformity guarantee.
- If you are a "consumer", for any dispute concerning the application, execution and interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Jurisdiction is where you have your residence or you have elected your domicile.
- According to Article 141-sexies, comma 3 Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 N. 206 (Consumer Code), the Castello di Reschio informs the user as an end consumer whom Article 3, comma 1, lett. a) of the Consumer Code, that, in case he/she has submitted a complaint directly to the Castello di Reschio, as a result of which it was not possible to resolve the controversy that arose, the Castello di Reschio will provide the informations concerning the organization of Alternative Dispute Resolution for the out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to obligations arising from a contract concluded in accordance with these General Sale Conditions (ADR organizations, as indicated in Article 141-bis and followings of the Consumer Code), also specifying if it wants to use or not these organizations in order to solve the dispute.
- Furthermore the Castello di Reschio informs you as consumer whom at Article 3, comma 1, lett. a) of the Consumer Code that a European platform for online resolution of consumer disputes was established (ODR Platform). The consumer can browse ODR Platform at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ through ODR Platform the consumer can see the list of ADR Organizations, find the link redirecting to each one website and start an on-line procedure for the solution of the disputes in which he is involved.
- Whatever it is the outcome of the out-of-court settlement procedure of disputes relating to consumption relationships through recourse to the procedures set out in Part V, Title II-bis of the Consumer Code, in any case the consumer has always the right to bring legal action before the competent Court.
- For any disputes related to the application, execution and interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the user who resides in a member state of the European Union other than Italy can also access the European procedure established for small claims, by the Regulation (CE) N. 861/2007 of the Council, of 11 July 2007, provided that the value of the dispute does not exceed Euros 2,000.00, excluding interest, rights and expenses. Article 13. Miscellaneous
- Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise available. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise available.
- During Check-in, you and any other guest staying in the same room as you must present Castello di Reschio with a passport or valid EU identity card, in order to register with the local authorities.
- Acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale you authorize the payment of all outstanding charges for services that may be processed by the Castello di Reschio using credit information held on file.
- Smoking is not permitted in the indoor areas of the Castello di Reschio.
- The swimming pool is available for guests from 09:00 to 20:00. You will use the pool and adjacent area at your sole risk and responsibility. There is no fence surrounding the pool and therefore children using the pool area must be supervised and/or controlled by an adult at all times.
- Children 11 years of age or younger stay free with an accompanied adult.
- Only one pet not exceeding 25 kg is allowed per room, subject to a one-off charge of 150,00 €.
- Additional guests (adults and children) are allowed with an extra charge of 150,00 € per night.

Art. 1. Ambito di applicazione

- Le Condizioni Generali di Vendita si applicano a tutte le vendite effettuate dal Castello di Reschio sul Sito. I termini indicati sono da intendersi come giorni lavorativi, esclusi quindi sabato, domenica e le festività nazionali.
- Le Condizioni Generali di Vendita possono essere modificate in ogni momento. Eventuali modifiche e/o nuove condizioni saranno in vigore dal momento della loro pubblicazione sul Sito. Lei è pertanto invitato ad accedere con regolarità al Sito e a consultare, prima di effettuare qualsiasi acquisto, la versione più aggiornata delle Condizioni Generali di Vendita.
- Le Condizioni Generali di Vendita applicabili sono quelle in vigore alla data di invio dell’ordine di acquisto.
- Le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita non disciplinano la vendita di prodotti e/o servizi da parte di soggetti diversi dal Castello di Reschio che siano eventualmente presenti sul Sito tramite link, banner o altri collegamenti ipertestuali. Prima di effettuare transazioni commerciali con tali soggetti è necessario verificare le loro condizioni di vendita. Il Castello di Reschio non è responsabile per la fornitura di servizi e/o per la vendita di prodotti da parte di tali soggetti. Art. 2. Acquisti sul Sito
- L’acquisto sul Sito è consentito a utenti che rivestono la qualità di consumatori. Ai sensi dell’art. 3, I comma, lett. a) del Codice del Consumo si ricorda che riveste la qualità di consumatore la persona fisica che agisce per scopi estranei all’attività imprenditoriale, commerciale, professionale o artigianale eventualmente svolta.
- Nel caso di ordini, da chiunque provenienti, che risultino anomali in relazione alla quantità e/o frequenza degli acquisti, il Castello di Reschio si riserva il diritto di intraprendere tutte le azioni necessarie a far cessare le irregolarità.
- Il Castello di Reschio si riserva il diritto di rifiutare o cancellare ordini che provengano:
- da un utente con il quale il Castello di Reschio abbia in corso un contenzioso legale
- da un utente che abbia in precedenza violato le Condizioni Generali di Vendita
- da un utente che sia stato coinvolto in reati
- da un utente che abbia rilasciato dati identificativi falsi, incompleti o comunque inesatti ovvero che non abbiano inviato tempestivamente al Castello di Reschio, i documenti dalla stessa richiesti o che le abbiano inviato documenti non validi.
Art. 3. Informazioni dirette alla conclusione del contratto
- In conformità al Decreto Legislativo 9 aprile 2003, n. 70 recante disposizioni in materia di commercio elettronico, il Castello di Reschio La informa che:
- per concludere un contratto di acquisto sul Sito, Lei dovrà compilare un modulo d'ordine in formato elettronico e trasmetterlo al Castello di Reschio, in via telematica, seguendo le istruzioni che compariranno di volta in volta sul Sito
- il contratto è concluso quando il modulo d'ordine perviene al server del Castello di Reschio
- una volta ricevuto il modulo d'ordine, il Castello di Reschio Le invierà all'indirizzo di posta elettronica indicato la conferma dell'ordine contenente le informazioni relative alle caratteristiche dell'acquisto e l'indicazione del prezzo.
Art. 4. Descrizione dei Servizi
- La descrizione dei Servizi resi dal Sito ha scopo illustrativo e quindi deve essere intesa come indicativa.
Art. 5. Prezzi
- Tutti i prezzi dei Prodotti pubblicati sul Sito si intendono comprensivi della Imposta sul Valore Aggiunto.
- Il Castello di Reschio si riserva il diritto di modificare il prezzo dei Prodotti, in ogni momento, senza preavviso, fermo restando che il prezzo a Lei addebitato sarà quello indicato sul Sito al momento dell'effettuazione dell'ordine e che non si terrà conto di eventuali variazioni (in aumento o in diminuzione) successive alla trasmissione dello stesso.
Art. 6. Ordini di acquisto
- Il Servizio da Lei scelto sarà effettuato solo a seguito del pagamento dell’importo totale dovuto. Il Castello di Reschio si riserva il diritto di non prestare il servizio qualora, al momento della prenotazione sul Sito, non sia possibile per qualsiasi motivo prelevare l’importo dovuto per una notte (Caparra) e qualora, successivamente all’arrivo presso la struttura, Lei non corrisponda in tutto o in parte il saldo dovuto.
- Il contratto di acquisto è risolutivamente condizionato al mancato pagamento della Caparra, nel momento della prenotazione sul Sito, e del pagamento del saldo dovuto, al momento dell’arrivo presso la struttura. Salvo diverso accordo scritto con Lei intercorso, l'ordine sarà conseguentemente cancellato.
- Per poter inviare un ordine di acquisto è necessario leggere e approvare le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita, selezionando l’apposita casella presente nelle pagine del procedimento di acquisto. La mancata accettazione delle presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita comporta l’impossibilità di effettuare acquisti sul Sito.
Art. 7. Modalità di pagamento
- Sul Sito è ammesso il pagamento con carta di pagamento.
- Il Castello di Reschio accetta le carte di credito dei circuiti:
- VISA
- MasterCard (Cirrus Maestro)
- American Express
L'addebito sarà effettuato solo dopo che (i) saranno stati verificati i dati della Sua carta di pagamento utilizzata per il pagamento e (ii) la società emittente della carta di pagamento da Lei utilizzata avrà rilasciato l'autorizzazione all'addebito.
In applicazione della direttiva 2015/2366/ (UE) sui servizi di pagamento nel mercato interno (PSD2), si informa l’utente che potrà essere richiesto di completare il procedimento di acquisto soddisfando i criteri di autenticazione richiesti dall’istituto di pagamento incaricato di gestire l’operazione di pagamento online. I criteri di autenticazione sono riferiti alla identità dell’utente (per soddisfare questo criterio l’utente deve essere registrato al Sito in occasione dell’operazione di acquisto) e alla contestuale conoscenza del codice di autenticazione trasmesso dall’istituto di pagamento (Strong Customer Authentication). Il mancato perfezionamento del procedimento sopra descritto potrà implicare l’impossibile di finalizzare l’acquisto sul Sito.
I dati riservati della carta di pagamento (numero della carta, intestatario, data di scadenza, codice di sicurezza) sono criptati e trasmessi direttamente al gestore dei pagamenti senza transitare dai server di cui il Castello di Reschio si serve. Il Castello di Reschio, quindi, non ha mai accesso e non memorizza, neanche nel caso in cui Lei scelga di memorizzare tali dati sul Sito, i dati della Sua carta di pagamento utilizzata per il pagamento dei Prodotti.
L’addebito della Caparra verrà effettuato al momento della trasmissione dell’ordine. Il saldo dovrà essere effettuato all’arrivo presso la struttura.
Art. 8. Politica di cancellazione
- Se la prenotazione viene cancellata fino a 31 giorni prima dell’arrivo, entro le ore 18:00 (ore locali italiane), nessuna penale sarà applicata e la Caparra pagata sarà rimborsata.
- Se la prenotazione viene cancellata tra i 15 e i 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo, entro le ore 18:00 (ore locali italiane), verrà trattenuta, a titolo di penale (caparra penitenziale), la Caparra.
- Se la prenotazione viene cancellata dopo i 14 giorni prima dell'arrivo, verrà applicata una penale equivalente al 100% del prezzo del soggiorno prenotato.
- L’arrivo ritardato e partenza anticipata non comporteranno diminuzioni dell’importo totale dovuto per la prenotazione originariamente effettuata, salvo diverso accordo intercorso con Lei. Il Castello di Reschio raccomanda vivamente un'assicurazione di viaggio per gli ospiti.
Art. 9 Diritto di recesso
- Nell’ipotesi di acquisto sul Sito, salvo diversamente indicato, Lei non gode del diritto di recesso previsto dall’art. 52 del Codice del Consumo con riferimento ai Servizi scelti. Infatti, sul Sito sono forniti alloggi per fini non residenziali, servizi riguardanti le attività del tempo libero, con una data o un periodo di esecuzione specifici.
Art. 10. Garanzia Legale
Tutti i Prodotti venduti sul Sito sono coperti dalla Garanzia Legale di Conformità prevista dagli artt. 128-135 del Codice del Consumo (Garanzia Legale).
A chi si applica
La Garanzia Legale è riservata ai consumatori. Essa, pertanto, trova applicazione, solo agli utenti che hanno effettuato l'acquisto sul Sito per scopi estranei all'attività imprenditoriale, commerciale, artigianale o professionale eventualmente svolta.
Quando si applica
Il Castello di Reschio è responsabile nei confronti del consumatore per qualsiasi difetto di conformità del Prodotto e che si manifesti entro due anni da tale consegna. Il difetto di conformità deve essere denunciato al Castello di Reschio, a pena di decadenza dalla garanzia, nel termine di due mesi dalla data in cui è stato scoperto.
Salvo prova contraria, si presume che i difetti di conformità che si manifestano entro i sei mesi dalla consegna del Prodotto esistessero già a tale data, a meno che tale ipotesi sia incompatibile con la natura del Prodotto o con la natura del difetto di conformità. A partire dal settimo mese successivo alla consegna del Prodotto, sarà invece onere del consumatore provare che il difetto di conformità esisteva già al momento della consegna dello stesso.
Per poter usufruire della Garanzia Legale, il consumatore dovrà quindi fornire innanzitutto prova della data dell'acquisto e della consegna del bene. E' opportuno, quindi, che il consumatore, a fini di tale prova, conservi la fattura di acquisto ovvero qualsiasi altro documento che possa attestare la data di effettuazione dell'acquisto (per esempio l'estratto conto della carta di pagamento) e la data della consegna.
In caso di risoluzione del contratto, il Castello di Reschio restituirà al consumatore l'importo complessivo pagato, costituito dal prezzo di acquisto del Prodotto, dalle spese di spedizione e da ogni altro eventuale costo aggiuntivo. In caso di riduzione del prezzo, il Castello di Reschio restituirà l'importo della riduzione, previamente concordato con il consumatore. L'importo del rimborso o della riduzione verrà accreditato sul mezzo o la soluzione di pagamento utilizzato/a dal consumatore per l'acquisto.
Il Castello di Reschio non è responsabile in caso di danni, di qualsivoglia natura, derivanti dall'uso del Prodotto in modo improprio e/o non conforme alle istruzioni fornite dal produttore nonché in caso di danni derivanti da caso fortuito o forza maggiore.
Art. 11. Legge applicabile e foro competente; composizione stragiudiziale delle controversie - Alternative Dispute Resolution/Online Dispute Resolution
- I contratti di acquisto conclusi tramite il Sito sono regolati dalla legge italiana. È fatta salva l’applicazione agli utenti consumatori che non abbiano la loro residenza abituale in Italia delle disposizioni eventualmente più favorevoli e inderogabili previste dalla legge del Paese in cui essi hanno la loro residenza abituale.
- Si ricorda che nel caso di utente consumatore, per ogni controversia relativa all’applicazione, esecuzione e interpretazione del presente documento è competente il foro del luogo in cui l’utente risiede o ha eletto domicilio.
- Ai sensi dell'art. 141-sexies, comma 3 del Codice del Consumo, il Castello di Reschio informa l'utente che rivesta la qualifica di consumatore di cui all'art. 3, comma 1, lett. a) del Codice del Consumo, che, nel caso in cui egli abbia presentato un reclamo direttamente al Castello di Reschio, a seguito del quale non sia stato tuttavia possibile risolvere la controversia così insorta, il Castello di Reschio fornirà le informazioni in merito all'organismo o agli organismi di Alternative Dispute Resolution per la risoluzione extragiudiziale delle controversie relative ad obbligazioni derivanti da un contratto concluso in base alle presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita (organismi ADR, come indicati agli artt. 141-bis e ss. Codice del Consumo), precisando se intenda avvalersi o meno di tali organismi per risolvere la controversia stessa.
- Il Castello di Reschio informa inoltre l'utente che rivesta la qualifica di consumatore di cui all'art. 3, comma 1, lett a) del Codice del Consumo che è stata istituita una piattaforma europea per la risoluzione on-line delle controversie dei consumatori (c.d. piattaforma ODR). La piattaforma ODR è consultabile al seguente indirizzo http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ attraverso la piattaforma ODR l'utente consumatore potrà consultare l'elenco degli organismi ADR, trovare il link al sito di ciascuno di essi e avviare una procedura di risoluzione on-line della controversia in cui sia coinvolto.
- Sono fatti salvi in ogni caso il diritto dell'utente consumatore di adire il giudice ordinario competente della controversia derivante dalle presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita, qualunque sia l'esito della procedura di composizione extragiudiziale delle controversie relative ai rapporti di consumo mediante ricorso alle procedure di cui alla Parte V, Titolo II-bis Codice del Consumo.
- L’utente che risiede in uno stato membro dell’Unione Europea diverso dall’Italia, può, inoltre, accedere, per ogni controversia relativa all’applicazione, esecuzione e interpretazione delle presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita, al procedimento europeo istituito per le controversie di modesta entità, dal Regolamento (CE) n. 861/2007 del Consiglio, dell’11 luglio 2007, a condizione che il valore della controversia non ecceda, esclusi gli interessi, i diritti e le spese, Euro 2.000,00. Il testo del regolamento è reperibile sul sito www.eur-lex.europa.eu.
Art. 12. Servizio clienti e reclami
È possibile chiedere informazioni, inviare comunicazioni, richiedere assistenza o inoltrare reclami, contattando il Castello di Reschio con le seguenti modalità:
Il Castello di Reschio risponderà ai reclami presentati entro 2 giorni dal ricevimento degli stessi.
Art. 13. Varie
- Il Check-in viene effettuato a partire delle ore 15:00, salvo diversa disponibilità. Il Check-out è invece previsto per le ore 11:00, salvo diversa disponibilità.
- In occasione del Check-in Lei e ogni altro ospite che soggiorna con Lei dovrà presentare all'Castello di Reschio un passaporto o una carta d'identità valida nell'Unione Europea, al fine di effettuare la registrazione presso le autorità locali.
- Con l’accettazione delle presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita Lei autorizza il pagamento di tutte le spese in sospeso per i servizi che possono essere trattati dall'Castello di Reschio utilizzando i dati di credito detenuti in archivio.
- Non è consentito fumare nelle aree interne dell'Castello di Reschio.
- La piscina è a disposizione degli ospiti dalle 09:00 alle 20:00. Lei accetta e riconosce che utilizzerà la piscina e l’area adiacente a Suo esclusivo rischio e responsabilità. Non vi è alcuna recinzione che circonda la piscina e quindi i bambini che utilizzano l'area della piscina devono sempre essere sorvegliati e/o controllati da un adulto.
- I bambini di età pari o inferiore a 11 anni soggiornano gratuitamente accompagnati da un adulto.
- È ammesso un solo animale per camera di taglia non superiore a 25 kg, previo supplemento di 150,00 € una tantum.
- Sono ammessi ospiti supplementari (adulti e bambini), rispetto al numero di ospiti indicati nella prenotazione, previa corresponsione di un supplemento pari a 150,00 € a notte.
