We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Copywriter to join our dynamic creative team. The Junior Copywriter will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including web, social media, email, and print. Main duties and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for adapting texts from English and/or creating effective texts for Reschio’s advertising campaigns, websites, and e-commerce;

You will be in charge of microcopy for advertising campaigns (ADV), texts for websites, editorial plans and e-commerce;

You will adapt your style to maintain the company’s voice and tone across all communications;

You will receive and implement feedback from senior copywriters and other team members to improve writing skills and output;

You will maintain clippings from publications and, on occasions, pass these to HR Manager for the staff board;

You will keep a professional and ethical exchange.

Main skills and competencies required:

At least 2 years previous experience in similar role in a dynamic and organized environment;

Strong values of integrity and ethical conduct;

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills;

Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening;

Strong understanding of grammar, style, and tone;

Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing;

Be a team player and have a pro-active approach;

Be able to perform in a dynamic work environment;

Fluent in English and Italian (C2 level).
